The earliest case is for Larry Marvin Morris, who was 24 years old at the time his disappearance in Fremont County. While waiting for the supervisor to arrive, two unnamed persons reportedly exited the residence and were detained by the officers. Officers reported they could smell marijuana smoke coming from the home and decided to call for a supervisor. As they approached the residence, officers reported seeing someone looking out a window, who then disappeared from sight, Police Chief Timothy Hurd said.
